The Acid Online Store accepts the following payment methods:

We accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your card will not be charged until your order has left our warehouse. In case of payment through PayPal, the amount will be charged the day of the order. When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to your bank or PayPal account.

This high standard of security means shopping with a card on Acid is secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties. To ensure that your online credit card payment is as secure as possible, we use Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™, internationally recognized authentication technology collectively known as 3D Secure. 3D Secure protects your credit cards against unauthorized use to minimize the risk of online credit card fraud.

To use 3-D Secure you need to register at your Bank.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

The Acid Online Store provides the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy to comfortably send an order to an office address or to a friend.

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been confirmed or shipped.
All items purchased at the Acid Online Store can be returned within 30 days, free of charge. In case you need further support, our Customer Care will be happy to provide assistance

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set-up a personal account at the Acid Online Store, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your orders here but we suggest to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.
