ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns & exchanges section.

Pre-orders and back-orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us.  

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier.

Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Delivery to your preferred Acid store can be arranged in one of two ways:
 
1. Enter your Acid store address in the ‘Shipping Address’ section during checkout of your order. Our Online Client Advisors will ensure that your order is shipped accordingly, and that you receive shipment updates until delivery is complete.

2. If you wish to be assisted with delivery to a Acid store, please contact our Online Client Advisors who can place the order on your behalf with your preferred store details. For more information please Contact us.
